Lucas5.com has many facilities for searching Resumes, you just need to have a membership, see answer question 2.  

In Lucas5 you can make Resume search by the following fields, in addition to many other criteria:

- Search by Area of Work.
- Search by Compensation, selecting the compensation rank that the person is winning at the moment or was her last perception, in dollars or Weights.
- Search per Years of Experience  
- Search by Company Industry in which they work.

Search by Key Word

The search by key word, is based on words, phrases, terms, etc. that describe technical and professional experience characteristics. The examples include CAD, UNIX, SAP, Oracle, COBOL, Sales, Design, professional race, some specialization or course, etc.

Keying the key words information that describes the person which you are looking for, Lucas5 brings from the data base the Resumes that contains your selection.
