Jobs Offers Help

No, without register you can make searches by multiple criteria.  

It's very recommendable that you register, since it is the only form to be able to apply to the Job Offers and the Companies that place Job Offers review the Resumes data base.  

Also the registry is advisable since you can create search agents who notify to you of new job offers according to a series of criteria that you can determine.

First you must register your Resume in REGISTER My Resume, later go into the section of MY LUCAS5 to enter you user name and password, in the section of APPLY TO JOB OFFERS look for the job offer of your interest and when unfolding the complete profile selects the button APPLY.

You can enter from the main menu the screen " Search Jobs". Existing  4 forms that are:  
1. The Search by Area of Work,  
2. The Search by Location,  
3. The search by Ranks of Compensation, and  
4. The Search by Key Word.

You can make a selection in the four, three, two or one category. Next the 3 first are described, the last one within the answer to question 5.

1. Search by Area of Work
In order to look for the works in a specific area, there are ignited click the appropriate selection. If you are not looking for in a specific area, leaves the field in All.

2. Search by the Location
Yes you are looking for a position in a determined state, there are ignited click one of the options enumerated here. If you are not looking for the use in a determined state, leaves the field in All.

3. Search by Compensation

In order to look for the works by compensation ranks, it is possible to be made specifying one or more squares in US dollars or Mexican pesos, click in each one of the squares that you wish to select. If you do not select any they use all the ranks.

The search by key word, is based on words, phrases, terms, etc. that describe technical and professional experience. The examples include CAD, UNIX, Foreign trade, Fiscal Audit, Sales, Design, Labor Right, etc.

Keying in in the screen Jobs Search the wished key words, LUCAS5 will bring of the data base the Job Offers to you that contain your key words.

The Search Agents are a tool so that the people that do not find a Job opportunity at the moment, determine their search and they program it, in this way when some company places some Job offers according to your preferences the agents search will send it to you by email.

The search criteria are all those that come in questions 2, 3 and 4 of this section and you can use them registering  in " Register My Resume " and soon in " My Lucas5 " you can enter the screen of "Job Search  Agents".
