Psychometric testing is now a fundamental part of recruitment. Even so, everyday more companies are integrating it as part of their process in getting the right people for the job.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Job Style

This is the first part of the analysis. Job style is used to describe the individual's behavior. This section includes an hypothetical description of how does the candidate would work in a common labor situation.

It describes a person's general approach, their motivation and dislikes, strengths and weakness. It can also go for helping to predict how a person will react or perform in various circumstances.

The job style measures four factors of an individual behavior: dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance.

Intelligence.

This blocks describes the intellectual area of the candidate. Memory, judgment, abstraction and generalization skills, learning capacity, motor speed are aspects detailed.

In the same way, we present the thinking process, the capacity of processing of information, visionary thinking, logical, analytical and intuitive skills used by the candidate.

Depending on the level of the position, the evaluation may include: WAIS, TERMAN MERRIL, ANSTEY DOMINOS, BETA II R, RAVEN, NOVIS, THINKING PROCESS

Values.

Some of the values has influenced our life's more than others. Diverse values are evaluated, nevertheless there are mentioned those that are more significant for the candidate.

Personality.

The internal aspects and his relation with the environment are described on this section. The aspects included in this bock are: emotional stability, motivation, social relationships, judgment, self perception.

Depending on the level of the position, the evaluation may include:: FIGS, M.M.P.I., 16PF, BENDER, FIGS, H.T.P., MACHOVER, LSCHER.

JOB PROFILE

The profile presents those characteristics required by the vacancy. To have the job profile is very important so you can have a parameter of comparison.

Among the elements that compose the profile of the position are: social interaction, dynamism, witness, fulfillment, intelligence and the important values.

Applied tests: HUMAN FACTOR, THINKING PROCESS, SPANGER (VALUES)
