Coordinate of the daily production for OEM.
Prepare reports for production.
Coordinate all the activities of the operators reporting to him.
Coordinate the training for the operators.
Participation on Safety and Quality audits.
Implement new improvement projects.
Participation on daily production meetings.
Conduct evaluations for operators.
Implement actions to reduce the non productive inventory.
Continuous actions to reduce the cycle time.
Take training of specific methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, DPS.
Participation in SHE subcommittees.
Requerimientos del Puesto
Studies: Chemical or Industrial Engineer.
Language: Intermediate English 70%.
Experience: About 2 years in Manufacturing
